Who we are

This website is operated by Cad Automation Pro LLC, a company based in Michigan, USA. You can reach us by using the Inquiry form on our home page.

What we collect

If you use the Inquiry form, we collect the name, email address, optional company name and message you type in. Like most websites, our web host may automatically record standard visit data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

When you use a contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the visitor is not an automated bot. Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details for that check, and may store small pieces of data on your device to do so.

Analytics and cookies

We use three analytics tools:

Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is cookieless. It helps us see page views and basic traffic. It does not set cookies on your device for analytics. We treat it as a site-operation tool and load it when you visit.
Google Analytics (GA4). This uses cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, pages viewed, and how you found the site. We load it only after you click Accept all on the cookie banner.
StatCounter. This uses cookies to measure visits and referring sites. We load it only after you click Accept all.

If you click Reject non-essential, we do not load Google Analytics or StatCounter. Cloudflare Web Analytics still runs. Your choice is stored in your browser for about 12 months. Clearing site data or using Cookie settings lets you choose again.

Our email and email-forwarding providers, and our web and server hosting providers

International visitors

We are a Michigan business. If you visit from the EU, UK or elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States. Cookie-based analytics (Google Analytics and StatCounter) run only with your consent. You may choose Reject non-essential on the banner.

How we use it

We use the details you send only to reply to you. We do not sell them, share them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Who it passes through

Form messages are sent by email to our inbox. On the way, they pass through our email providers, including a third-party email forwarding service, which keeps its own delivery logs (sender, recipient and subject line) for a short time, and a copy remains in the mailbox the form service sends from. Our own form service does not save your message; it keeps a log entry with only the time of each submission, which form was used and whether it was accepted for sending, not your name, email address, message or IP address. To limit repeated submissions, it briefly holds a count of recent submissions per IP address in memory only (never saved to disk), and our web server may record an IP address for malformed or abusive requests to the form. We also use Cloudflare for spam protection on our contact forms; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails as ordinary business records, and we delete them at your request.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete or correct the details you sent by contacting us through the Inquiry form on our home page. Please do not send sensitive personal information, payment card numbers or passwords through the form.

Children

These pages are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
